Foggy Beach in England
The sea mist was rolling in off the sea and over the beach at Walton during the Easter holidays when we went for a long walk along the beach before stopping for tea and toasted sandwiches while the sun tried to break through the mist. I think the image of these groynes going out to the sea covered in green seaweed is a childhood memory of many of us who spent time during the summer holidays on the beaches in the UK. I love the smell of the British seaside though, the salty air and the sound of the seagulls is something you don’t get in the med. You also don’t get blue skies and a regular 35 degrees here but that’s another story!
