I visited Surrey last week to take some interior office photography of a really lovely new office fit out at a large investment company over a couple of floors for OES London. Beautiful furniture by Knoll, Brunner, Naughtone, Vitra, Magis, Modus and Davison Highley was complemented by fabulous art work throughout the office. Loved the interior design by this architect, the colours work so well together and the use of the copper door handles and copper on the internal glass is really unique.
Interior photography in London – I photographed a beautiful kitchen extension in London, SE15 the other day. I love the way they have finished this interior which runs seamlessly out into the small garden area which is planted with one of my favourite flowers, aliums. It is bright modern and a wonderful addition to a family home. Old London houses can be quite small for a growing family, and adding on a large extension changes their living space quite dramatically. The houses have wonderful original features like tiled hallways, fireplaces, cornicing and sash windows. Add a beautiful modern kitchen/family room at the back and it works so well.
St James Park was the area for my latest interior photography shoot in London. You would think that I should be getting to know my way around London by now. But if I drive I am still a slave to the sat nav, which leads me a merry dance! or I am constantly using google maps to navigate around the streets. Useless. Anyway it was a beautiful day and so I was happy to find my way to my latest venue. I photographed two beautiful apartments with a really high finish to them, and furnished in a very modern way which worked well with the original features. Both apartments are available for rental at Heritage Apartment Rentals
I visited a lovely London home to take some interior photography of their new extension both interior and exterior for plus rooms. It is a fabulously quirky kitchen with many original design elements which make it unique to the owners. I love the exposed steel beam which is used as a shelf and has plants hanging from it, the exposed brickwork on one wall and the terracotta tiled floor which makes the kitchen feel warm and welcoming.
