Spains Hall Estate Venison

It was a very wet, snowy day and a visit to Spains Hall Estate last week to photograph their venison for their website. The pictures they had really needed updating and so as I had photographed their holiday lets they asked if I could do some food photography. A couple of hours in a very cold meat storage facility and some herby props resulted in some fairly decent photos of some raw cuts of venison!
